Stop Talking

Before the world was
He declared thus
'it shall come to pass
before they call
I will answer'
Quit harrassing Him
He heard you before you thought it
He knew before you spoke it
why think you
you need to cajole and remind
once is enough for Him
He lives ahead generations ten
Be quiet
Trust Him
Stop talking
Use not vain repititions
Cease your much speaking
Let thy words be few
He heard you long ago

If we would just learn trust, and patience we would see so many things  but we must always talk or ask "why" and asd you said if we'd not speak we'd get a bigger blessing, great point!!! thanks !!

So true my brother... Thy lord is here and there... He hears thy calls, and all... Right beside u and me... Sometimes we as christians think to much while questioning his greatness... No need for that as he is KINGS of all KINGS and have the answers so why not listen to his voice...

I feel as if you wrote this poem just for me as a matter of fact a the last time I went to church a lady just walked up and told me the same thing.  She didn't know me but she was telling the truth about my problem! my tongue won't stop flapping at the right time
