Sullen Black Lillie's gaze between shadows where lovers daze
The heavenly images of celestial games
Beaming upon where milky dreams unfold
I find myself glowing above halos
Long roads adrift I sift through the privilege
Restitution encounters its clever advantage
The damage seems greater than expectations ceased
When orgasmic shocks were readily released
Melting with assurance like new fallen snow
Innocence comes within marigold
Fear of reprisal seems gaudy an brash
What was gained in springtime summer long last
For nothing stays lucid all will wilt away
In the evening time with her hair becomes gray
Life ceases perfectly in its finest hour with no delay

Very deep poem. It seems capable of expressing many different topics.......age and experience, growing old and dying, a romantic encounter/relationship and an ended romance. I enjoyed the read.

It was all of these things as well as an expression of guilt. At least that was how I was feeling when I wrote it.

I loved every sentence and every line of your poem. So romantic and so real. Surealism is a brand of thought which is so scary since humanity shuns the truth and is ever ready to run away from facts such as old age, poor health and death. Love is so strong and calls for committment and long term goal. Old age is a blessing so let's embrace it.

This poem astounds me.  It is so much a bang for the buck, it is gentle, and it is also the beginning and end.
