I still believe in dreams,
and their driving inspiration

and their undying dedication

I still believe in peace,
I know it'll happen to mankind

I still believe in freedom,
and it's positive state of mind

I still believe in love,
and all its enveloping rapture

I still believe in good,
And I rally for evils capture

I still believe in the human spirit,
and its empowering strength

I still believe in nurturing,
and its hours spent

I still believe in knowledge,
and its unwavering power

I still believe in time,
every second, minute and hour

I still believe in justice,
though its fruit we hardly taste

I still believe in trust,
though its potency is at a slow pace

I still believe in friends,
and their unconditional support

I still believe in children,
and the creative expression that they port

I still believe in truth,
although we spend much time telling lies

I still believe in hope,
every time I look into a childs eyes

I still believe we will find the right way,
